Remaining = total seats minus enrolments minus held back. "Held back" is for seats you want to reserve manually (e.g. scholarships or offline enrolments). The Touchdown page shows the live remaining number.

Touchdown enrolments

A row appears the moment someone finishes the questions on the Touchdown page, which is just before they are sent to Stripe, so a new row is an enrolment rather than a payment. The Paid column is read from Stripe itself each time this page loads, matched on the reference, so it is always current. "Unknown" means Stripe could not be reached, not that nobody paid. If a family pays by bank transfer or in person, Stripe never sees it: Mark as paid records the payment by hand and opens their registration form, and Undo takes the mark off again. For a family who never used the website at all, fill in the enrolment on the Touchdown page on their behalf (close the tab at the Stripe step), then mark the new row as paid.

Registration forms

The long registration, medical and consent form from /touchdown/intakeform/. It only opens for a reference that has been paid, in Stripe or marked as paid by hand on the Enrolments tab, so every row here belongs to a paid enrolment. One row per athlete: a family who enrolled three players fills it in three times, all under the same reference. View opens everything they answered, including the medical details and every declaration they ticked. The number beside the tab is registrations against players enrolled, so you can see at a glance who has not filled it in yet.

Publish puts a review straight onto the Impact page. Unpublish takes it off again, immediately. The star rating is only ever shown here, never on the website. Each person chose whether their review may be published, and whether their name may go with it: one marked No name is published as "A TRAILS participant". A review marked No consent cannot be published at all, and the server refuses it as well as this page, so it cannot be got around from here.
