Who do you work with?
Businesses anywhere in Australia with customers already coming in and a website that is out of date, embarrassing, or missing.
Do you build more than websites?
Yes. Stage two is simple software and automations, stage three is complex software. Each is quoted one build at a time, fixed price, after one call. Most people start with the website.
Do we get a real website, or a template?
A real website, custom code, in your own repository and your own hosting account.
Who looks after it after launch?
Thirty days of free support after launch: bugs, breakages, content and copy changes. The group chat stays open for 30 days after you leave. After that, one simple support plan, cancel any month.
How much does it cost?
Fixed price, scoped on one call, never hourly. The booking form asks for your budget range.
What protects me?
If we go quiet on you for 5 continuous business days without prior notice from us, you keep everything and you owe us nothing. It's in the contract.
Can I cancel?
The build is a fixed price with a delivery date. Support after launch is cancel any month.
Is a website tax deductible in Australia?
In most cases, yes. Fees for a website that improves or generates business income are generally tax deductible in Australia. We recommend checking with your accountant for advice specific to your situation.
How long until it's live?
Usually live in weeks, not months.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we guarantee is in writing: you own it, we deliver on the date or pay the penalty, and if we go quiet you keep everything.
