A custom website. The web applications that run the work behind it. And a mobile app when your staff or your customers need one.
Built around how your business actually runs, in your own accounts from day one. Fixed price, scoped after one call, and usually live in weeks, not months.
Your website, the software behind it, and an app if you need one.
What we build
Stop paying for a subscription and it stops working. Stop paying us and you still have the thing we built, because the domain, the code and the accounts are in your name from day one.
01Website
Not a template somebody else is also using. Pages that do something, so an enquiry turns into a job instead of an email you have to remember.
Fixed price, scoped after one call. Usually live in weeks, not months.
02Web application
The jobs you currently do by hand, at night, twice. Built once, around your rules, sitting on your own hosting.
A web application is just software that runs in a browser. Nothing to install, nothing from an app store, and it works on whatever your team already has.
03Mobile app
For your staff out on the job, or for your customers, on the phone that is already in their hand. Built and delivered by our app team, on the same terms as everything else.
Apps carry an ongoing support plan, which includes two updates a year. We price it per build, on the call.
10% off the total build if you take all three. Say so on the call and it is in the price.
How it works
Four steps, and what each one actually asks of you. The middle two run again for each part of your build, so you can stop after one and still own it.
A short prep page, so the half hour goes on your business instead of background.
Half an hour. You leave with a fixed price, a fixed scope and a start date.
You see it, you tell us what to change, and we go again until you are happy.
Steps 3 and 4 repeat for each part of the build.
You pay the rest only once you have seen it and approved it.
You pay the rest only after you have seen it and approved it. If you do not want it, you pay nothing more, and you keep what we built.
Where we stop
Five things we say no to. It is a short list, and better you hear it now than three weeks in.
Superannuation, payroll, tax, banking, payments and statutory compliance. We will happily build everything around the regulated part. Never the regulated part itself.
Following up a quote is in. Going after money somebody owes you is not, and we are not going to build you a machine that does it.
We tried. Xero blocks it at the interface their software gives us, so we dropped it rather than pretend.
No business coaching, no strategy sessions, no market research. We build software. You already know your business better than we ever will.
Nothing white labelled, nothing locked to a platform. If it is a template with your logo on it you do not really own anything, which is the opposite of the point.
And if you ask for one of them We will say so on the call, not three weeks in.
Our side of it
Four promises with a price on them. Not a promise about what you will earn. A promise about what we pay if we get it wrong.
If we go quiet
$0is what you owe us
You keep everything
"If we go quiet on you for 5 continuous business days without prior notice from us, you keep everything and you owe us nothing. It's in the contract."
If we run late
5%off the build fee, every week we are late
Taken off the final balance. The clock pauses while we are waiting on you, and we tell you that at kickoff.
Website builds onlyIf we miss the SLA
10%off the next amount payable, every 2 hours
Site down, we reply within 1 hour in Australian business hours (AEST), start a call on our side, put a meeting link in your group chat and update you every 30 minutes. Everything else gets a human reply inside 4 business hours.
If we build the wrong thing
$0more to pay, and the build is still yours
100% of the advance back until the build starts
After the build starts, if you do not want what we built you pay nothing more and you keep everything we have built for you.
Every one of these is about what we do, not about what your business will earn. That is the only kind of promise we will put in writing.
FAQ
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. We would rather tell you no on a half hour call than three weeks into a build.
Which of the three you need, in what order, and what the bundle discount actually covers.
Most people start with the website, because it is the part your customers see and it is usually the fastest thing to get working. The web application comes next, when there is a job in your week that lives in four places at once. The mobile app comes last, and only when the work happens away from a desk. We work that out with you on the call, and if you only need one of them we will say so.
Yes, and most people do. Each part is quoted on its own, built on its own, and goes live on its own with its own balance payment. You are never signing up for the whole thing to get the first part.
Yes. The 10% comes off the total build when you take all three together. If you start with one and add another later, that later build is quoted on its own. Tell us on the call what you think you will need and we will show you which way works out better for you.
What it costs, how long it takes, and what we need from you while we build it.
We cannot give you a real number until we know what you need, because a five page website and an ordering system with a kitchen screen are completely different builds. So it is one call, and then a fixed price and a fixed scope in writing. Not hourly, and not an estimate that grows as we go.
Usually weeks, not months, and you get a delivery date in writing. On a website build, if we are late, 5% comes off the build fee for every week, up to 25%. The clock only pauses while we are waiting on something from you, and we tell you about that at kickoff.
One call to understand how your business runs. After that, your photos, your prices, the details only you know, and a look at it before it goes live. We tell you what we need and when, at the start, so it does not all land on you at once.
Who does the work, what it plugs into, and what happens once it is live.
Our software engineers, including engineers holding degrees from Australian Computer Society accredited programs. You are in one group chat with the people building your job, so you always know who to ask. Mobile apps are built and delivered by our app team, on the same terms as everything else.
Usually yes. We build around the tools you already have, so you are not replacing anything. We check your exact tools on the call before we quote, so you know what connects before you commit to anything.
We stay on. The first 30 days of support are free, and that covers bugs, breakages, and content and copy changes. New pages and new features are quoted separately. After the 30 days, any ongoing support is agreed with you in writing, based on what you actually need.
Things we have built that you can open right now, and how long we have been at it.
Yes. These are all live, so open them and have a look: Mighty Moose Mowing, Gen1 Sportsturf, Restore and Beyond, Trails Australia and Brisket and Briyani. We are also building custom software right now for Sunnybank Church of Christ, Cornerstone Photography and Mighty Moose Mowing.
Our founder has close to a decade of experience, since 2017, in IT services, enterprise software automation and software development, across education, IT, insurance, travel and food. You do not have to take our word for it though. The sites above are live and you can open them yourself.
Fixed price in writing. Everything in your name from day one.
