Mighty Moose Mowing
A lawn care business whose quote form ends as a text on the owner's phone
The owner spends the day on a mower, not at a desk. So the quote form does not end in an inbox. It opens the customer's own messages app with the request already written out and addressed to his mobile. One tap sends it, and the quote request is on his phone as a text.
Running on this page
The real site, live
Not a screenshot. This is the business's own website, built from its own code and running here. It runs itself. Touch it to take over.
What a customer sees, and what they send
In the owner's words
“Allen and the team at Archway Automation built me an incredible website for my lawn care business with an easy 24 hour quote form. As soon as a potential customer fills it out, the lead gets sent as a text message to my mobile instantly. No more missed jobs. They were fast, handled every adjustment I asked for, and the value is insane.”
What is running
What is behind the quote form
Six mechanisms. One line each.
A quote form that ends in a text
The form asks for the address, the service, a name and a phone number. Pressing the button opens the customer's messages app with all of it written out and addressed to the owner's mobile. So the request lands where he already looks during the day, and he can reply between jobs.
A copy kept even if the text is never sent
Before the messages app opens, the site saves the enquiry in two separate places, and the save is allowed to finish after the page is left. So a customer who opens their messages and then gets distracted is still on record.
A private inbox for every enquiry
Every saved enquiry is listed on a password protected page that search engines are told to ignore. So nothing depends on one text being read at the right moment.
A guarantee whose headline matches its terms
The offer reads: free quote by the next business day, or the first mow is free. The conditions are published, and the form asks the customer to agree to them before sending. So the headline cannot promise a free mow that the owner's own rules do not allow.
Proof anyone can check
The reviews on the site are his real Google reviews, and the rating links to his Google profile. The photos are his own, from his own jobs. So a visitor is never asked to take a stock photo on trust.
A before and after you can drag
Two photos of the same lawn, taken from the same spot. Dragging the business's own mascot across them mows the lawn. So the quality of the work is shown, not described.
What this makes possible
Two sides of the same build
For the customer
- Ask for a quote in under a minute, on a phone, without making a call.
- Know before sending exactly when a quote is due, and what happens if it is late.
- Read real reviews and check them against the public profile they came from.
- See the owner's own work before letting him onto the property.
For the business
- Quote requests arrive as texts, on the phone that is already in his pocket.
- Every request is complete, with the address and the service, so no call back to ask.
- Every enquiry is also kept on file, in case a text is missed.
- The guarantee is written to his own rules, so it cannot hand out free mows by accident.
Not finished
Route planning software, in build
Software that plans the order of the day's jobs is being built for this business now. It has not been released, and nothing else on this page depends on it.
See it yourself
The site is public
The quote form on it is the real one. Please do not send a test request: it goes straight to the phone of a working lawn care business.
